Josephine brings a calm and thoughtful presence to her work with tamariki and feels deeply privileged to support Aurora’s youngest children and their whānau. She values creating inclusive and welcoming environments where every child and family feels respected, supported, and free to be themselves.
With a background in music and early childhood education, Josephine enjoys weaving singing and guitar into daily life, nurturing connection, joy, and belonging through shared musical experiences. She values Aurora’s connection to kaitiakitanga and the sense of home and belonging that grows through meaningful relationships with children, whānau, and the natural world.
Outside of Aurora, Josephine enjoys fibre arts, foraging, cooking, and continuing to deepen her understanding of te ao Māori.
